We are seeking an autonomous and aggressive Business Development Manager (BDM) who is solely focused on New Business Acquisition within the lucrative U.S. Market. This role is designed for a proven rainmaker who excels at independent prospecting, pitching, and closing, and is motivated by a high-reward commission structure.

Key Requirements & Focus
This role requires a candidate acutely focused on driving revenue and operating autonomously in the competitive US e-tailing landscape.
- Compensation Focus: Candidates must be motivated by a compensation model that is heavily weighted towards commission and bonus attainment based on sales results.
- US Market Expertise is Essential: Must demonstrate a clear understanding of the digital trends, technology stacks, and competitive environment specific to the United States e-tailing market.
- Geographic Preference: We strongly prefer candidates currently based in or having significant experience working within the Southern California (SoCal) region, as this is a key growth area for our agency.
- 5+ Years of successful Business Development or Sales Management experience within a Digital Agency is MANDATORY.
- Proven ability to independently initiate, manage, and close new business deals (acquisition) with high-value digital agency services (e.g., selling complex, long-term contracts).
- Expertise in consultative selling of solutions related to eCommerce/e-tailing technology (e.g., Marketing Cloud, platform implementation).
Key Responsibilities
- Independent Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline by targeting B2B and enterprise prospects in the US e-tailing market through independent outreach and strategic networking.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Control the entire sales process from initial contact and needs assessment through solution design, complex contract negotiation, and closure.
- Strategic Pitching: Develop and deliver customized, high-impact presentations to C-suite and executive decision-makers, clearly articulating the ROI and strategic value of e-tailing.pk's full-service offerings.
- CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce or equivalent enterprise CRM tools for disciplined tracking, accurate forecasting, and reporting on all sales activities.
