The Business Development & Program Manager will be responsible for selling and managing corporate/student trainings and career counselling workshops. This role combines sales, relationship management, and program execution. The individual will drive revenue through training and counselling programs while also ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
· Identify, target, and onboard corporate clients, universities, colleges, and institutes for:
· Professional and corporate trainings
· Student career counselling workshops
· Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and partnerships.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
· Design customized training/workshop packages based on client needs.
· Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and client records in CRM or tracking tools.
2. Program & Workshop Management
· Plan, schedule, and manage the end-to-end execution of:
· Corporate trainings
· Student-level trainings
· Student career counselling workshops
· Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, venues, and institutional partners.
· Prepare session agendas, timelines, training materials, and feedback forms.
· Ensure smooth on-ground/online execution and professional facilitation.
· Monitor participant satisfaction and implement improvements.
3. Client Relationship Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for all clients.
· Ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
· Build long-term relationships with HR managers, university placement offices, and training heads.
4. Trainers & Career Counselors Pool
· Bring on board freelance trainers and career counsellors to conduct trainings and career counselling workshops.
5. Reporting & Strategy
· Track revenue, attendance, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
· Suggest new training topics, pricing models, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Education, or related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales of trainings and career counselling workshops.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Experience in organising workshops, seminars, or training programs.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Revenue from trainings & counselling workshops
· Number of corporate/institutional clients on boarded
· Client retention and repeat business
· Program delivery quality and feedback ratings
· Sales pipeline growth
Salary: PKR 80,000 – PKR 145,000 per month, depending upon experience.
