Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain relationships with property buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and property viewings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities (Urdu & English).
- Good understanding of local real estate market trends.
