We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to connect forward-thinking businesses with our transformative solutions. This is not only about hitting targets, but also about building lasting relationships that fuel growth for our clients and for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Discover opportunities by identifying and engaging high-potential businesses entering or expanding in the UAE market.
  • Build meaningful connections with founders and decision-makers, understanding their unique challenges and goals.
  • Create tailored solutions across our Business Setup, PRO services, and strategic consultancy offerings.
  • Guide clients through complex licensing, visa, and business growth decisions with confidence and clarity.
  • Expand our network through strategic industry events, thought leadership, and targeted outreach.
  • Drive the sales process from prospect to close with effective follow-through and relationship management.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to refine our offering and scale our impact in the market.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of proven B2B business development or sales experience, ideally in consulting, business services, or SaaS.
  • Knowledge of the UAE business landscape or demonstrated ability to quickly master new markets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a consultative approach to complex sales.
  • Adaptability to engage effectively across various settings – from casual meetings to formal presentations.
  • Strong drive to close deals while maintaining focus on long-term client success.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a valuable asset).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
