About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to support our growth in the Egyptian market. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, engage with prospects, and qualify leads for our sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing

Identify and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries

Engage potential clients across Egypt via LinkedIn, email, and phone to drive interest in ZIWO’s solutions

Qualify business needs and demonstrate how ZIWO supports customer communication goals

Manage the lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion rates

Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and sales processes
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in Marketing Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Proven ability to engage stakeholders and lead productive sales conversations

Experience working with KPIs and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
