Business Development Representative – Bakersfield, CA

WHAT’S EXPECTED:

As a Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be developing incremental business through a mix of new accounts and existing accounts. Area of responsibility will include Kern County, Tulare County, and parts of San Luis Obispo County. Picture yourself driving in a Power Machinery Center sales vehicle, working in your defined territory, creating relationships with new and existing customers, and watching your career flourish.

WHAT YOU NEED:

· Proven sales experience

· Financing background preferred.

· Knowledge and experience of utility vehicles and neighborhood electric vehicles preferred.

· Excellent customer relations skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

· Driver’s license with a good driving record.

· Proficient in towing small trailer preferred.

· Bilingual encouraged.

Compensation: Base salary and performance-based incentives.
