Business Development Representative

India

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to identify and convert potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through online/offline channels.
  • Contact potential clients via calls, Feild visits and networking to develop new relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable services/solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion into sales.
  • Maintain client data and sales records using CRM tools or Excel.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
