Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Business Development Representative in a similar sales role within the Facilities Services industry
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
