Job Summary
The Business Development Executive – Corporate Training is responsible for acquiring corporate clients, developing customized training proposals, managing partnerships, and driving revenue growth for We Aspire Education Services. This role focuses on identifying organizational training needs, closing corporate deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships across various sectors including healthcare, education, government, hospitality, and private organizations.
Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Client Acquisition
- Identify, target, and engage companies, hospitals, schools, government entities, and private organizations with potential training needs.
- Promote We Aspire’s corporate training portfolio, including Medical Coding, First Aid, Healthcare courses, Soft Skills, Personal Development, Leadership, and vocational programs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective B2B clients through cold calls, emails, meetings, events, and networking.
2. Proposal Development & Quotation
- Gather detailed client requirements and design tailored training solutions.
- Prepare professional proposals, training outlines, presentations, and pricing quotations.
- Coordinate with Training, Academics, and Operations teams to structure schedules, delivery formats (online/in-house), and instructor availability.
3. Contract Negotiation & Closing
- Lead negotiation discussions with HR, Learning & Development departments, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers.
- Finalize service agreements, MOUs, and contract documents in alignment with company policies.
- Ensure timely closure of deals and adherence to approved pricing structures.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with client organizations.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the training lifecycle.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and follow up for renewals, additional programs, or referrals.
5. Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Track personal performance through conversion rates, revenue metrics, and follow-up efficiency.
6. Market Intelligence & Strategic Input
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging training demands.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations to enhance existing courses or introduce new programs.
7. CRM, Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, proposals, and feedback in CRM systems or internal databases.
- Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Business Development Manager.
8. Event Participation & Outreach
- Represent We Aspire at HR conferences, expos, networking events, and corporate exhibitions.
- Organize and participate in client presentations, webinars, workshops, and promotional events.
9. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Academic, Operations, Admin, and Finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of corporate programs.
- Coordinate for invoicing, trainer schedules, materials, attendance, certificates, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or training industry preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and proposal preparation.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet strict deadlines and targets.
Working Conditions
- Full-time role based in Dubai.
- Flexibility to meet clients offsite, attend events, and travel within UAE as required.
- Performance-based incentives may be included.
