Job Title: Business Development Executive &ndash; Corporate TrainingCompany: We Aspire Education Services Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe Aspire Education Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive &ndash; Corporate Training to expand our corporate client portfolio and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will identify organizational training needs, develop tailored proposals, and manage long-term partnerships across various sectors including healthcare, education, hospitality, government, and private organizations.This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in corporate training, education services, or B2B business development.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Client Acquisition<ul><li>Identify and engage potential corporate clients and institutions</li><li>Promote corporate training programs including healthcare courses, professional development, leadership, soft skills, and vocational programs</li><li>Develop a strong B2B sales pipeline through calls, meetings, networking, and events</li></ul>Proposal Development &amp; Closing<ul><li>Assess client requirements and prepare customized training proposals and quotations</li><li>Coordinate with academic and operations teams to structure delivery plans</li><li>Lead negotiations and support contract finalization</li><li>Ensure timely deal closure and target achievement</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Maintain strong, long-term client relationships</li><li>Act as primary contact throughout the training lifecycle</li><li>Support renewals and additional program opportunities</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Market Awareness<ul><li>Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports</li><li>Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights</li><li>Represent the company at industry events and corporate presentations</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate training, or business development</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to engage with HR, L&amp;D departments, and decision-makers</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office</li><li>Target-driven with strong follow-up and organizational skills</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li><li>Exposure to diverse corporate sectors</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED5,000.00 per month
