Job Title: Medical Coding Trainer (Part-Time / Freelance)Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Part-Time / Freelance (Per Batch Basis)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Coding Trainer to deliver training programs for students preparing for medical coding certification (CPC/ICD-10/CPT).The trainer will be responsible for conducting structured classes, guiding students through coding systems, and preparing them for certification exams.Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver medical coding training (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)</li><li>Prepare lesson plans and training materials</li><li>Conduct classroom or online sessions</li><li>Support students with practical coding exercises</li><li>Prepare students for CPC or equivalent certification exams</li><li>Monitor student progress and provide feedback</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent (CCS preferred)</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of medical coding experience</li><li>Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare coding systems</li><li>Good communication and presentation skills</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Fixed rate per batch: AED 2000 &ndash; 4,000 (depending on experience)</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>Batch size: 10&ndash;20 students</li><li>Training duration: 1&ndash;2 months per batch</li><li>Immediate hiring</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeWork Location: In person
