Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Coding Trainer to deliver training programs for students preparing for medical coding certification (CPC/ICD-10/CPT).

The trainer will be responsible for conducting structured classes, guiding students through coding systems, and preparing them for certification exams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical coding training (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials
• Conduct classroom or online sessions
• Support students with practical coding exercises
• Prepare students for CPC or equivalent certification exams
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Requirements

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent (CCS preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of medical coding experience
• Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare coding systems
• Good communication and presentation skills

Compensation

• Fixed rate per batch: AED 2000 – 4,000 (depending on experience)
• Flexible schedule
