• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PST), Monday to Friday. This timing is crucial for aligning with our international client base.
• Location: Lahore, Pakistan
• Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary + High Commission Structure + Performance Bonuses.

Job Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the voice of Beta Technologies, driving revenue by strategically engaging with prospects and converting qualified leads into long-term clients. Your key responsibilities include:

• Outbound Communication: Proactively engage potential clients across global markets via telephone to introduce and promote our suite of technology and marketing solutions.
• Solution Consulting: Clearly and accurately present information regarding product features, pricing, and service details, acting as a consultant to address client needs.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly individual and team sales quotas for client acquisition.
• Relationship Management: Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects to negotiate, close deals, and ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively within the sales team and participate actively in regular training sessions to enhance communication and closing skills.
• Data Management: Utilize basic CRM software and tools (like Google Sheets) to log calls, track sales pipeline, and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Minimum Matriculation required (Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Communication: Excellent verbal fluency in English is mandatory for speaking with international clients, along with strong conversational Urdu.
• Digital Literacy: Basic proficiency in using computers and essential tools (email, web browsing, Google Sheets/basic CRM).
• Attitude: Highly motivated, self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and punctual, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Availability: Must be able to reliably commit to the required Night Shift schedule (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
