Requirements and responsibilities
1. Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling
Conduct high-volume cold calling to restaurant owners and decision-makers across Australia.
Qualify prospects by identifying pain points, current solutions, and readiness to explore digital automation or operational improvements.
Maintain consistent daily activity targets (calls, conversations, booked meetings).
Use structured discovery questions to understand business needs and position the right solutions.
2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
Research and identify restaurant leads using multiple channels (databases, social platforms, industry lists).
Validate the accuracy of lead information and keep all data updated in the CRM.
Prioritize leads based on potential value and readiness to engage.
3. Meeting Booking & SDR Handoffs
Secure qualified meetings for the sales team with clear context, notes, and expectations.
Ensure all meetings meet qualification standards (budget, need, timeline, decision-maker).
Follow up consistently with leads to reduce no-shows and increase show-up rate.
4. CRM & Tools Management
Log all activities, notes, and updates in the CRM daily.
Preferred: Experience working with HubSpot or Apollo for sequencing, tracking, and reporting.
Maintain high data hygiene and accuracy for reporting and performance metrics.
5. Shift & Work Requirements
Ability and willingness to work full Australian business hours.
Mandatory: 1+ year experience in cold calling roles.
Mandatory: Previous experience working the Australian shift (night shift Egypt time).
Advantage: Experience booking meetings for software, SaaS, digital solutions, or service-based products.
