About the Role

Grey Tech is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our night shift team. This role is all about starting meaningful conversations, identifying opportunities, and creating the first connection with potential clients. You’ll focus on international markets, which gives you exposure, learning, and strong earning potential. Your goal will be to engage, qualify, and pass on high-value leads to our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Engagement

  • Make targeted outbound calls and send emails to potential international clients.
  • Reach out to key decision-makers and introduce our services confidently.

Lead Qualification

  • Understand client needs, challenges, and timelines through focused conversations.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria.

Pipeline Development

  • Set up meetings, product demos, and follow-up calls for the Sales Team.
  • Ensure leads are warm and ready for the next stage.

CRM Management

  • Keep all lead details, notes, and updates accurate and organized in the CRM.

Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach scripts and targeting.
  • Share feedback to improve lead generation results.

Market Awareness

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain good product knowledge to handle conversations effectively.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, customer outreach, or appointment setting.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills with a convincing phone presence.
  • Fully comfortable working the dedicated Night Shift.
  • Motivated, goal-driven, and able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing lead data.
