In this role, you will fuel the company's growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities. Your core mission: prospect, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. We are looking for a motivated, articulate candidate with a talent for forging strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email campaigns to source and qualify leads.
  • Outreach: Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media to schedule meetings.
  • Qualification: Evaluate prospects’ needs to ensure alignment with the company’s solutions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies and grow the pipeline.
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed and current records of all prospecting activities in the CRM.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and scheduled meetings.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales, business development, or a similar role (entry-level candidates with high potential will also be considered).
  • Skills:
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Tenacious, goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in outbound sales or cold outreach.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
