Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced multilingual Outdoor Sales Representative with an existing client base and with a proven track record in developing new business relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and expanding market presence within the Corporate Gifts, Promotional Items, Uniforms, and Branded Garments industry. Should be able to start getting sales immediately.

The ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of local UAE sales experience, strong industry connections, and the ability to close deals and consistently achieve sales targets. This is a commission-based role suited for highly motivated and self-driven sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate clients across various industries.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote and sell corporate gift items, promotional products, uniforms, branded garments, and customized merchandise.
  • Generate leads through outdoor sales activities, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Expand market presence and brand visibility.

Requirements

· Degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 7+ years of UAE sales experience, specifically in:
  • Corporate Gifts, Promotional Items, Customized Merchandise
  • Uniforms
  • Branded Garments
  • Arabic Speaking is a strong plus.
  • Strong database of corporate clients in the UAE.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target oriented.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Own Car or Bike preferred.
  • Must have own visa (mandatory).
