Requirements and responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to decision-makers across North America.
Prospect, qualify, and schedule meetings aligned with company qualification criteria.
Identify client pain points and create interest in FlairsTech’s services.
Achieve daily and weekly KPIs (calls, conversations, qualified meetings).
Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline tracking (HubSpot/Apollo preferred).
Ensure proper follow-ups to maximize meeting show rates and conversion.
Minimum 2+ years of cold calling experience.
Proven experience working North America shift.
Strong English communication and objection-handling skills.
Experience using HubSpot or Apollo is preferred.
SaaS, IT services, or B2B sales background is a plus.
Internal team role; must be professional and ready to represent FlairsTech externally when required.
