We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Deal Closer who excels in phone-based sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into paying clients by selling websites, e-commerce stores, mobile applications, and games. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to close both B2B and B2C deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients (B2B & B2C)
- Convert leads generated through social media into successful sales
- Present and sell digital services including websites, e-commerce stores, apps, and games
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Handle objections effectively and close deals confidently
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Keep records of calls, deals, and client interactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or deal closing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in cold calling and handling rejections
- Sales-driven mindset with a hunger to earn and grow
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the team
- Basic understanding of digital products (websites, apps, etc.) is a plus
