Job Description-
Generate and qualify leads through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, events, etc.)

Identify and target potential clients within the Software & IT sector

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with business targets

Initiate contact with decision-makers and schedule meetings for the sales team

Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies

Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems

Track and report on key performance metrics (lead conversion, outreach effectiveness, etc.)

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

5 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation within the Software / IT industry

Proven experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills
