As a BDR, you’ll engage both outbound prospects and inbound leads to generate qualified meetings and build pipeline across the US regions. You’ll run multi-channel outreach, qualify interest quickly, and partner with Sr. Sales Executive and Marketing to turn demand into pipeline.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound interest, qualify fit and intent, and book qualified meetings.
Prospect into strategic accounts via calls, email, LinkedIn, and account-based outreach.
Qualify against criteria (budget, timing, etc.) to ensure pipeline impact.
Tailor messaging by role, industry, and current initiatives.
Use sales tools to manage outreach, document qualification, and track outcomes.
Partner with Sr
Sales Executive on planning and target accounts.
Drive meetings from field events and partner activities through pre- and post-outreach.
Requirements
Qualifications
2+ years of Sales Development experience (BDR/SDR).
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Comfortable with high lead volume (web, calls, email, social) and persistent follow-up.
Able to navigate multi-stakeholder accounts and speak confidently with executives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to self-manage in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with enterprise sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator; Hubspot).
Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
Cybersecurity experience is a major advantage.

Pay: $50,184.80 - $60,437.62 per year
