Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Sales Cubicle is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate leads.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess their potential and understand their needs.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and manage sales activities reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Follow up promptly with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 0-6 months of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
