Business Development Representative

Role Overview

We are looking for a digitally savvy, outreach-driven Junior Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This is a multi-channel outreach role — you will prospect through cold calls, social media DMs, LinkedIn, Instagram, and email — making you the first touchpoint between our company and potential clients. Ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are hungry, tech-comfortable, and not afraid to initiate conversations.

Core Skills Required

  • Cold Outreaching — initiating unsolicited first contact across multiple channels
  • Social Account Specialist — managing and prospecting through Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X
  • DM Outreach Specialist — crafting compelling direct messages on social platforms that get replies
  • Cold Calling Skills — making confident outbound calls to introduce the company and qualify interest
  • List Building — researching and compiling accurate prospect data from online sources

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct multi-channel cold outreach: LinkedIn DMs, Instagram DMs, cold email, and cold calls
  • Manage outreach via social media accounts — LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp where applicable
  • Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Google, and industry directories
  • Send 30–50 personalized outreach messages per day across all platforms combined
  • Make cold calls to prospects to introduce the company and qualify interest
  • Schedule introductory calls and demos for Senior BDRs and Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity and responses in CRM
  • Follow up consistently on all unanswered messages, calls, and emails
  • Monitor competitor social activity and identify potential target accounts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
  • Strong written and spoken English — ability to write compelling, natural-sounding DMs and emails
  • Active and confident user of LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms professionally
  • Comfortable making cold calls — no hesitation in picking up the phone
  • High energy, self-starter attitude with strong follow-up discipline

Good organizational skills — can manage outreach across 3–4 channels simultaneously
