Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) / Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong ability to convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, investors, and business partners.
- Present company projects, products, and services to prospective clients.
- Prepare customized business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct property tours and project demonstrations when required.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in proposal writing and client presentations.
- Ability to independently manage meetings and client interactions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
