Business Development Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) / Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong ability to convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Present company projects, products, and services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare customized business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct property tours and project demonstrations when required.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Ability to independently manage meetings and client interactions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
