WADIC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
This role requires an individual who can identify and develop new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, experience working with international clients, and a solid understanding of software development services and SaaS solutions.

Identify, research, and target potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking events, and digital marketing campaigns.

Generate high-quality leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes.

Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Manage and optimize company profiles on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru.

Identify relevant projects and submit compelling proposals to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acquired through online marketplaces.

Track proposal performance and continuously improve bidding strategies to maximize conversions.

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers.

Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and move opportunities through the sales funnel.

Maintain accurate customer records and communication history using CRM tools.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's software solutions, products, and services.

Conduct professional product demonstrations, presentations, and discovery meetings with potential clients.

Effectively communicate technical and business benefits of software solutions.

Customize sales presentations according to client needs and industry requirements.

Address client concerns and objections while demonstrating value-driven solutions.

Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract signing and project handover.

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, Statements of Work (SOWs), and service agreements.

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and project scope with clients.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful deal closures.

Work closely with the Marketing Team to align sales efforts with lead-generation campaigns.

Coordinate with Software Development, Product Management, and Project Management teams to understand service offerings and project capabilities.

Provide valuable customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.

Monitor and report sales performance metrics, KPIs, and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reports.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Present weekly and monthly business development reports to management.

Support onboarding activities for new clients.

Ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution teams.

Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Software Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales.

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Experience working with international clients, particularly in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia markets, is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience with lead generation, client acquisition, and sales pipeline management.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
