Swvl is seeking a motivated, Full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team on-site in Cairo to fuel our B2B growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the thrill of the hunt, enjoys engaging face-to-face and digitally with corporate clients, and is passionate about building strong business relationships from scratch. Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns targeting potential B2B corporate clients across relevant industries.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Generate high-quality business opportunities through consistent cold calling, targeted email outreach, and professional LinkedIn engagement.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure high-value meetings for the sales team.
  • Copywriting & Messaging: Craft compelling, highly personalized outreach messaging and email sequences to boost response and engagement rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely on-site with the Sales and Pricing teams to ensure our mobility solutions are competitive and perfectly aligned with client requirements.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads and sales activities within our CRM system, tracking opportunities cleanly through the sales funnel.
  • Lead Ownership: Take full ownership of your assigned pipeline, ensuring disciplined and timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements (What You Bring)

  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Business Development, Outbound Sales, Account Executive support, or Lead Generation.
  • Location & Availability: Ability to work Full-time, On-site at our Cairo office.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with corporate decision-makers.
  • Prospecting Muscle: Strong experience in outbound sales tactics, including comfortable cold calling and high-converting email sequencing.
  • Thrive Under Pressure: Ability to perform exceptionally well in a fast-paced, target-driven, and metric-heavy environment.
  • Growth Mindset: A highly coachable attitude with a strong willingness to learn, pivot, and adapt your strategies based on performance feedback.

Preferred Tools & Technology

(Experience with any of the following is a major plus!)

  • CRM Systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Sales Intelligence: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or Lusha.
  • Sales Automation: Outreach.io, Salesloft, or similar sequencing tools.
