Capital Techies is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) working with nonprofits, schools, small businesses, and healthcare clients. We’re building a top 100 global MSP, and that means we need people who thrive on challenges, chase big goals, and want to be part of something bigger than themselves.

This is not your average sales role. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for opportunities to land in their lap — you wake up every morning ready to hunt, hustle, and close.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Book meetings with decision-makers at small to midsize organizations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and senior sales to refine outreach strategies.
  • Own the top of the sales funnel — from cold outreach to setting qualified appointments.
  • Learn MSP/IT services inside-out so you can confidently spark interest and handle objections.
  • Track and report activity in our CRM (HubSpot/ConnectWise).

  • Strong written and spoken English communication.
  • Bonus if you have experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or MSP/IT services — but not required.

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary: $35K–$40K (stability while you learn).
  • Commission:
  • $50–$100 per qualified meeting booked.
  • 1 month of MRR for any 12-month deal you source and close.
  • OTE: $60K–$75K in Year 1 (with uncapped upside).
  • Clear growth path into Account Executive or Sales Manager roles.
  • Training, mentorship, and direct exposure to senior leadership.
