Business Development Representative (BDR)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through strategic email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn outreach strategies.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Personalize outreach messages to increase response and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and update the sales pipeline.
  • Track, analyze, and improve outreach performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in outreach, lead generation, or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
  • Experience in cold calling and handling objections professionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
