Business Development Representative (Events & Hospitality Staffing)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Field-based)
Are you a high-energy sales professional with a deep understanding of the Riyadh events scene?
BM Events is expanding! We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Riyadh team. This is a high-activity role focused on securing casual staffing orders through direct client engagement.
The Role:
Execute a minimum of 7 door-to-door client visits daily across Riyadh’s corporate and hospitality sectors.
Identify and secure new business opportunities for staffing solutions.
Build long-term relationships with event organizers and hotel managers.
What You Need:
Language: Native or professional fluency in Arabic and English (Mandatory).
Mobility: Must have a valid KSA driving license and a reliable personal vehicle.
Experience: Proven track record in KSA sales, specifically within Events, Hospitality, or Staffing.
Drive: A "hunter" mindset—you enjoy being out in the field and meeting people face-to-face.
Package: Competitive salary + incentives (to be discussed during interview).
