What You’ll Actually Do:

Research & Strategy

  • Study various industries (Accounting, Healthcare, Insurance, Tech, etc.) to identify ideal buyers.
  • Build outreach personas — profiles of potential clients highlighting their pain points, goals, and outsourcing needs.

Targeting

  • Identify high-value companies that could benefit from BPO/offshore staffing solutions.
  • Find and verify key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claygent, and contact databases.

Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Use LinkedIn, cold emails, and occasional calls to reach out to qualified leads.
  • Personalize each message to spark genuine interest — no generic mass outreach.

Appointment Setting

  • Engage leads in meaningful conversations, qualify them based on budget, need, authority, and timeline.
  • Book meetings for the senior sales or closing team with qualified prospects.

What Success Looks Like

  • You consistently book meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Your outreach efforts convert into measurable pipeline revenue (directly contributing to closed deals).
  • You’re recognized as a strategic prospector — not a spammy lead generator.

Skills You’ll Need

  • Excellent written English for crafting high-quality, personalized outreach.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to tailor messaging for each vertical.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools like LinkedIn, Instantly, Claygent, ZeroBounce, etc.
  • Confidence in engaging with C-suite executives through professional communication.
  • Prior experience in BPO or staff augmentation, with a solid grasp of offshore talent solutions and value positioning.
