Pipeline Gurus is a Managed Sales Provider that specializes in helping companies maintain a healthy sales pipeline. By collaborating closely with sales teams and working by territory or account list, we effectively grow business within target accounts. Our personalized multi-touch point approach, which includes calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media, ensures effective engagement with stakeholders and successful booking of Discovery Meetings. We also assist in advancing opportunities, engaging additional stakeholders, and following up on colder deals to drive progress toward deal closures and revenue recognition.


Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and spearhead expansion efforts in the GCC region . This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospects, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in various sectors including finance, healthcare, logistics, government, and retail.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries aligned with our SaaS offerings.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
  • Work closely with marketing to align lead generation activities with campaigns and events in the GCC.

Client Engagement

  • Initiate and manage the first point of contact with decision-makers (C-level, IT, Procurement).
  • Understand client pain points and articulate how our solutions address business needs.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with the Sales or Account Executive team.

Sales Enablement & CRM

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Prepare reports on pipeline status, outreach performance, and market feedback.
  • Provide insights to sales and product teams on regional customer trends and objections.

Regional Strategy & Localization

  • Customize outreach strategies for each GCC market considering language, culture, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated on regional developments, industry shifts, and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Experience selling into GCC markets or working with enterprise clients in the region.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a remote team.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet KPIs.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and persistent in follow-up.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Background in marketing automation tools or sales enablement platforms .
