Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our SaaS team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of Schbang’s SaaS products by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales. This is a client-facing, target-driven role that requires strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, and a passion for delivering value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target potential clients in need of SaaS solutions. Build a pipeline of prospects through outbound calls, emails, and networking activities.

Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients. Understand their business needs and recommend the right SaaS solutions to solve their pain points.

Negotiation & Closing:
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close new business.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated with the latest trends in the SaaS industry, including competitor offerings and market needs. Provide insights to the team for continuous improvement.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date for effective follow-up and reporting.

Sales Reporting:
Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience (2-4 years) in business development, sales, or account management in the SaaS industry or a related tech field.

Strong understanding of the SaaS business model, industry trends, and the sales process.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage C-level executives.

Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth.

Highly motivated, self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
Desired Skills:

Experience in selling SaaS products to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and/or large enterprises.

Previous experience in digital marketing or technology sales is a plus.
