Job Title: Business Development / Sales Associate (Healthcare Transportation)
Location: USA (Dallas, DFW)

AWT is looking for a Business Development / Sales Associate to drive revenue by securing contracts with healthcare facilities and corporate clients.
This role is ideal for a highly driven and well-connected professional who can bring in business, close deals, and build strong partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with nursing homes, rehab centers, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and dialysis centers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with discharge planners, case managers, facility administrators, and key decision-makers.
- Drive contract acquisition for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct sales presentations and pitch tailored transportation solutions to clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and track all activities and client interactions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at healthcare events, networking sessions, and community engagements.
- Explore and secure corporate transportation partnerships (optional but an added advantage).
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in healthcare business development, medical sales, or related roles.
- Proven ability to bring in contracts and close deals.
- Existing relationships within healthcare facilities (nursing homes, hospitals, rehab centers, home healthcare) is highly preferred.
- Experience in roles such as Clinical Liaison, Medical Sales Representative, Patient Coordinator, Admissions Coordinator, or Healthcare Account Executive.
- Strong understanding of patient referrals, discharge planning, and healthcare coordination systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience in NEMT, transportation, or logistics sales is a plus.
- Must be based in Dallas / DFW area.
Compensation
- Commission-based (high earning potential) $1,000 per secured contract
- Additional percentage of profit for up to 1 year per client
