About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team in the Solar Energy Engineering Services sector. The role focuses on European clients, driving business growth through proactive sales outreach, client relationship management, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales and follow-up calls with international clients (primarily in Europe).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective customer service and communication.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the business development strategy.
- Manage and update client interactions using CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics).
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams for planning, project coordination, and client support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and qualify for commission-based bonuses.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – international exposure preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or customer service (international market experience is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics).
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
