Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven sales leader who can own revenue growth end-to-end across our premium wellness, lifestyle, travel, and hospitality brands.
This role is for a closer, builder, and growth driver — someone who can generate business, convert leads, close deals, and scale sales systems. You will work directly with the Founder and be accountable for revenue performance.

Pure BD & Sales ownership
Key Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive sales growth and revenue expansion
- Build, manage, and close high-value sales pipelines
- Generate new business through partnerships, corporate sales, and direct outreach
- Own sales targets, forecasts, and performance KPIs
- Improve conversion rates, upselling, and repeat business
- Lead pricing, packaging, and premium service sales strategies
- Ensure fast execution from lead generation to deal closure
Who We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years in Business Development / Sales Leadership
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
- Experience in wellness, hospitality, luxury, or service-based businesses
- Confident negotiator with strong client-facing presence
- Highly driven, performance-oriented, and execution-focused
