Business Development & Sales Lead – Revenue Growth (Women Only)

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven sales leader who can own revenue growth end-to-end across our premium wellness, lifestyle, travel, and hospitality brands.

This role is for a closer, builder, and growth driver — someone who can generate business, convert leads, close deals, and scale sales systems. You will work directly with the Founder and be accountable for revenue performance.

Not a marketing role
Pure BD & Sales ownership

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Build, manage, and close high-value sales pipelines
  • Generate new business through partnerships, corporate sales, and direct outreach
  • Own sales targets, forecasts, and performance KPIs
  • Improve conversion rates, upselling, and repeat business
  • Lead pricing, packaging, and premium service sales strategies
  • Ensure fast execution from lead generation to deal closure

Who We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years in Business Development / Sales Leadership
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
  • Experience in wellness, hospitality, luxury, or service-based businesses
  • Confident negotiator with strong client-facing presence
  • Highly driven, performance-oriented, and execution-focused
