Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly presentable Wellness &amp; Fitness Manager to lead and elevate Blaura&rsquo;s fitness and wellness offerings. This role requires a strong leader who can manage high-end client expectations, drive program innovation, oversee a team of instructors and therapists, and ensure an exceptional, luxury wellness experience.The ideal candidate comes from a premium fitness, luxury wellness, or hospitality background and has a passion for creating transformative wellness journeys.Key Responsibilities1. Wellness &amp; Fitness Operations<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of fitness studios, group classes, and wellness programs</li><li>Ensure seamless scheduling, class management, and utilization of space</li><li>Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service delivery</li></ul>2. Program Development &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Design and curate diverse fitness and wellness programs (yoga, Pilates, HIIT, prenatal/postnatal fitness, mindfulness sessions)</li><li>Introduce trending and globally relevant wellness concepts</li><li>Customize programs tailored for women across different life stages</li></ul>3. Team Leadership &amp; Management<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers, instructors, and wellness professionals</li><li>Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and upskilling sessions</li><li>Foster a culture of excellence, discipline, and client-centricity</li></ul>4. Client Experience &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Deliver a personalized, high-touch experience for premium clientele</li><li>Build strong relationships with members and ensure retention</li><li>Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy</li></ul>5. Business Growth &amp; Revenue<ul><li>Drive memberships, packages, and wellness program sales</li><li>Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, events, and partnerships</li><li>Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Blaura services</li></ul>6. Collaboration &amp; Integration<ul><li>Work closely with spa, salon, caf&eacute;, and kids&rsquo; zone teams for integrated offerings</li><li>Support events, workshops, and community-building initiatives</li><li>Align wellness offerings with Blaura&rsquo;s overall brand vision</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fitness, Sports Science, Wellness, or related field (Certifications in Yoga/Pilates/Personal Training preferred)</li><li>5&ndash;8+ years of experience in luxury fitness, wellness centers, or premium hospitality brands</li><li>Proven experience managing teams and high-end clientele</li><li>Strong knowledge of fitness trends, women&rsquo;s wellness, and holistic health</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Highly presentable with a refined, customer-first approach</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment</li></ul>Preferred Profile<ul><li>Experience working in boutique fitness studios, luxury wellness clubs, or 5-star hospitality brands</li><li>Exposure to prenatal/postnatal fitness or women-focused wellness programs</li><li>Strong network within Dubai&rsquo;s wellness and fitness community</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to be part of a premium, fast-growing wellness brand</li><li>Collaborative and inspiring work environment</li><li>Career growth and leadership exposure</li><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentWork Location: In person
