Finance Manager (Women Only)

Position Overview

Blaura is looking for a highly experienced, mature, and detail-oriented Finance Manager (Women Only) to lead and manage the complete finance function of our multi-department wellness and lifestyle business.

The ideal candidate should be:

• Above 35 years of age
• Have 10+ years of professional finance and accounting experience
• Possess strong hands-on expertise with ODOO ERP
• Have experience managing finance operations across multiple business units such as wellness, hospitality, retail, spa, café, or lifestyle businesses

This role requires someone who can independently manage financial operations, reporting, controls, budgeting, compliance, and ERP systems while supporting management with strategic financial insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Accounting

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations for all Blaura business units
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, reconciliations, and general ledger management
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely month-end/year-end closing
• Maintain financial records in compliance with UAE regulations and accounting standards
• Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

ODOO ERP Management

• Handle complete finance operations through ODOO ERP
• Manage ERP workflows, financial modules, system entries, reporting, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate ERP data flow
• Improve ERP processes and financial automation systems
• Monitor inventory, POS, procurement, and finance integrations within ODOO

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance
• Analyze revenue trends, operational costs, and profitability
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to management
• Monitor cash flow and financial forecasting

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and financial policies
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities
• Maintain internal controls and financial governance
• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness at all times

Team & Operations Management

• Supervise finance and accounting staff when required
• Work closely with operations, HR, procurement, and management teams
• Establish finance SOPs and reporting structures
• Ensure smooth daily financial operations across departments

RequirementsMandatory Requirements

• Women candidates only
• Age: Above 35 years
• Minimum 10+ years of finance and accounting experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ODOO ERP
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and compliance regulations
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
• Experience in multi-department or multi-branch business operations
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Fluent English communication skills
