Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Finance Analyst with extensive expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making through accurate financial insights while ensuring strong financial controls and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, VAT regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cash management functions.
- Strengthen internal controls and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely audit completion.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and financial system enhancements.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial guidance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Chartered Accountant Articleship training or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting management.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational organizations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and audit compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
