Job Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing budgets, cash flow, statutory compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions. The role also involves monitoring real estate transactions, commission payouts, escrow reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities Financial Management

  • Oversee all accounting and financial operations of the company.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain healthy working capital.
  • Prepare management reports and financial analysis for senior leadership.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.

Accounts & Treasury

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Monitor client collections, supplier payments, and outstanding receivables.
  • Supervise bank reconciliations and cash management.
  • Ensure timely payment of employee salaries, commissions, and incentives.
  • Monitor escrow-related transactions where applicable.

Real Estate Financial Operations

  • Verify property sales transactions and commission calculations.
  • Review broker commissions and incentive payouts.
  • Coordinate with Sales, HR, and Operations for revenue reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for property transactions.
  • Track project-wise profitability and sales performance.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and tax requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations.
  • Prepare documents required for audits and inspections.

Payroll & HR Finance

  • Review payroll processing and WPS compliance.
  • Verify leave settlements, Full & Final Settlements, and employee reimbursements.
  • Ensure accurate processing of commissions, bonuses, and deductions.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare annual budgets and monitor departmental expenses.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs.
  • Analyse financial performance against budgets.
  • Recommend strategies to improve profitability.

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
  • Present financial reports to management.
  • Analyse KPIs, profitability, and cash flow trends.
  • Develop dashboards for business performance monitoring.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
  • Ensure timely completion of financial activities.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
  • CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 5–8 years of finance and accounting experience.
  • At least 2 years in the UAE real estate industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, WPS, payroll, and financial regulations.

  • Successful completion of audits without major observations.
  • Accuracy of commission and sales reconciliations.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
