We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development & Sales Manager to lead our growth initiatives within the healthcare and event medical services sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional client management skills, and proven experience achieving sales targets in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand EMAHS’s client base and market reach.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations across corporate, event, and government sectors.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with operations and finance teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and service opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, sales materials, and client communication strategies.
- Provide management with accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and client insights.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, medical services, or event management.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking skills and client relationship management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
