Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields

Minimum 7 years of international experience in wind energy and power grid projects

Fluent in English; proficiency in French, Russian, or Arabic is a plus

Advanced skills in technical sales and business development

Active portfolio of Independent Power Producers (IPP) and Transmission System Operators (TSO) in target regions

Strong command of proposal processes for turnkey EPC services

Advanced skills in technical sales and business development

Knowledge of energy storage systems, battery technologies, and hybrid solutions

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Job Description

Actively monitor wind energy and power grid investments in target regions

Build and maintain strong relationships with Independent Power Producers (IPP) and Transmission System Operators (TSO)

Lead strategic sales processes for turnkey EPC projects

Identify new business opportunities, coordinate proposal processes, and develop long-term partnerships with investors

Align YEO’s technical know-how with investor needs to deliver value-added solutions

Analyze regional market dynamics to shape effective sales strategies

Achieve sales targets and provide regular reporting to senior management
