Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, high-value sales, and revenue growth for our couture brand. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in luxury retail, business development, and team leadership, with the ability to build relationships, close premium deals, and elevate the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and couture clients.
- Represent the brand professionally, communicating craftsmanship, exclusivity, and brand value.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate sales prospects.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the in-store sales team to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular sales training to enhance product knowledge and couture understanding.
- Ensure premium in-store client experience aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor sales performance, follow-ups, pipelines, and lead conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with marketing and management on campaigns, activations, and growth strategies.
Required Skills & Profile
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills (high-ticket sales preferred).
- Proven experience in business development and retail sales leadership.
- Confident, well-spoken, and highly presentable personality.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong team management and performance-driving ability.
- Understanding of couture processes, fittings, fabrics, and customization.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in luxury fashion, couture houses, or premium retail brands.
- Exposure to made-to-measure or customized product sales.
- Track record of achieving revenue targets in retail or BD roles.
