Orange Tree Systems is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Operations Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities and securing software development projects through online platforms and direct outreach. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, demonstrated experience in online bidding, and the ability to engage and convert international clients into long-term business partnerships.
This role is focused on expanding our business by generating leads, managing client communications, and converting opportunities into long-term projects.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new software development projects through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn

Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline

Write and submit customized proposals and bids based on client requirements.

Communicate with potential clients via chat, email, and calls.

Understand project scope and coordinate with the technical team for accurate estimations

Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contract terms to close deals successfully.

Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business opportunities.

Track sales performance, follow-ups, and client interactions in an organized manner.
Requirements

Proven experience in business development, IT sales, or online bidding (preferred).

Strong English communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of software services including web development, mobile apps, and custom solutions.
