Business Development Sales Person (Outside Sales)

Description


We are looking for a Business Development Salesperson to join our growing team in the Greater Philadelphia area. Since 2005, we’ve been the trusted name in property damage restoration, specializing in water and fire damage cleanup and repair. We work almost exclusively with insurance carriers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and as a preferred vendor, we have more work than we can handle. You will be the key driver in converting warm leads into signed contracts. This role is focused on closing new business and leveraging our excellent reputation to secure work, particularly within the commercial property sector.


Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively follow up on and manage a pipeline of warm leads provided by the company.
  • Close new business contracts for water, fire, and other property damage restoration services.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and property management companies to secure new opportunities (highly preferred).
  • Work collaboratively with our internal team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Represent us professionally within the greater Philadelphia territory.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Outside Business-to-Business (B2B) Salesperson is required.
  • Proven ability to close new business and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in restoration or construction sales is preferred.
  • Existing relationships with commercial properties or property managers in the greater Philadelphia area is a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and presentation skills.
