Role Overview:
Orbit International Survey Services (Orbit ISS) is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Business Development & Sales Specialist with 4 to years of experience in the oil & gas industry. The ideal candidate will help expand our client base, strengthen long-term partnerships, and support sales, procurement, and tendering activities across our engineering, inspection, and industrial service lines.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the oil & gas and industrial sectors.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.

Promote Company services and ensure alignment with client requirements and industry standards.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, tenders, and project deliverables.

Maintain sales pipelines through CRM/ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP Ariba, SAP Business One, Zoho Books).

Support procurement activities, vendor registrations, and tender submissions.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Represent the company during meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

4 to 8years of experience in business development, sales, or procurement (oil & gas preferred).

Strong understanding of technical services, inspection, TPI, or similar industrial solutions.

Proficiency in ERP/CRM tools and pipeline management.

Knowledge of procurement processes and tendering procedures.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Preferred:

English and Arabic language proficiency.

Previous experience in TPI, engineering consultancy, or industrial services.

Exposure to international clients in oilfields, marine, or renewable energy sectors.
