Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the full operational cycle of our car auction business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, high service quality, and strong team performance while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all car auction operations from vehicle intake to final sale.
  • Implement and improve operational policies, workflows, and procedures.
  • Monitor daily performance, identify gaps, and execute corrective actions.
  • Coordinate vehicle inspection, valuation, documentation, and listing.
  • Lead and develop the operations team; conduct evaluations and training.
  • Ensure excellent customer service for both buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and optimize stock turnover.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, industry, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate logistics for timely vehicle movement to and from auction sites.
  • Prepare KPI reports and analyze data for operational improvements.
  • Support business growth initiatives and assist marketing when needed.
  • Manage operational budgets in coordination with the finance team.

Requirements

  • Experience in Operations, preferably in Auctions, Transport, Shipping, or Inventory.
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong stress tolerance and ability to handle challenges efficiently.
