Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the smart home sector (lighting, automation, security, CCTV, Firefighting etc.) across KSA.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned region.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of smart home technologies (lighting control, automation, security systems, AV solutions, ELV systems).
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in KSA.
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, with good market understanding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or Business Administration.
- Technical certifications in automation/smart home technologies (preferred).
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
