Nawy is hiring " Business Development Specialist " to join Nawy Partners.


📍Location: New Cairo


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand Nawy Partners' business line, actively participating in networking opportunities to strengthen connections and drive growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, enhancing the client experience and fostering trust in Nawy’s services and solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize business deals that align with Nawy Partners' growth objectives, ensuring revenue sustainability and mutual benefit for all parties.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity. Provide actionable insights to shape business strategies.
  • Advise on and evaluate potential joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities that support the long-term business goals of Nawy Partners.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, or the real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Proven ability in Stakeholder Management with strong communication skills to engage with internal and external teams effectively.
  • Expertise in Negotiation and Influencing to close deals and build partnerships that align with Nawy's business goals.
