Business Development Sr. Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Reports to: Business Development Manager / General Manager


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on long-term partnerships.

• Prepare technical and financial proposals in coordination with internal teams.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making.

• Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events.

• Maintain and update CRM database of potential and existing clients.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.


Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in Fit-Out, Construction, or related industries).

• Previous experience or strong connections in the commercial leasing sector (offices, retail, shopping centers) is highly preferred.

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

• Familiarity with government qualification and registration systems (e.g., Etimad, SAP) is an added advantage.

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
