Job Summary
Boutique Law Firm Seeks motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing effective strategies. This position requires a blend of outside sales expertise, account management skills, and a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Engage in lead generation activities including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and untapped markets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or account management within a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and direct sales efforts.
  • Experience in conducting demonstrations and engaging presentations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • A passion for the legal industry and helping the firm expand its reach

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
