Director of Marketing and Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and business development strategies to support company growth
  • Identify and build partnerships with fertility clinics, agencies, and referral networks, both domestically and internationally
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email marketing, paid ads)
  • Manage content development, brand messaging, and communications across all platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
  • Collaborate closely with the executive and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and client engagement
  • Research market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development (experience in healthcare, fertility, or women’s health a plus)
  • Proven track record in creating and implementing successful marketing and growth strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for helping others and a genuine interest in family-building and reproductive health
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year
