Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and business development strategies to support company growth
- Identify and build partnerships with fertility clinics, agencies, and referral networks, both domestically and internationally
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email marketing, paid ads)
- Manage content development, brand messaging, and communications across all platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
- Collaborate closely with the executive and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and client engagement
- Research market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development (experience in healthcare, fertility, or women’s health a plus)
- Proven track record in creating and implementing successful marketing and growth strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for helping others and a genuine interest in family-building and reproductive health
- Multilingual skills (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) are a plus
